Fire men
Duties and responsibilities The main duties of a full-time firefighter are to help
protect the public in emergency situations. They respond to a wide variety of
calls, such as car crashes, chemical spills, flooding, water rescue and general
rescue as well as fires.
Salary: $43,037
Education :Employment
as a fireman doesn't demand significant amounts of education. Fire academy
applicants must possess a high school diploma or successfully complete the
General Educational Development (GED) examination. Individuals seeking
certification from the National Fire Academy must have at least an associate's
degree. A bachelor's degree in a subject such as fire science can also lead to
a career in fire fighting.
Reflection: I would like to be one
of these because you don’t really need a lot of education . plus they get good
money but theirs a risk but at long as you be careful and watch where you are
going you would be safe.
