Health Administrator
Duties and
Responsibilities:
While
doctors, clinics and hospitals may boast of the best medical care, this alone
does not guarantee these facilities will prosper and flourish. As with any
organization, health care enterprises must operate efficiently and profitably
to survive. Professionals in health care administration ensure that the
business side of medicine
prospers.
Salary: $96,030
-$139,400 per year
Education:
Many higher-level health care
administration executives have a master's degree in a field such as public
health or business, hospital or nursing administration. A bachelor's degree is
often sufficient for entry-level positions, or for employment with smaller
facilities when coupled with relevant health care experience.
Reflection: I
think I would want to be one of these
kinds of person because the job looks fun and interesting. Also because they
make good money.
